Joaquin ISD sponsors the 'Amber Menefee Mobile Memorial' | Events

Joaquin ISD Family and Community Services Class and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America will be sponsoring the Amber Menefee Mobile Memorial as part of their "Teens in the Driver Seat" peer to peer education program.

The event will take place on Monday, April 30th from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Officer Sam Owens from Prosper, TX will be speaking to students about the dangers of drunk driving.

Students will also be viewing the actual wrecked car that was driven by Amber Menefee when she was struck by a drunk driver.
