Hickory Hill will host the Annual Winter Bluegrass Show on February 16 at Music City Texas Theater. General Admission tickets are $15. Doors open at 6:00 pm. and showtime is 7:30 pm.
It’s been 34 years since the band emerged from Avinger and carved out a history of making folks feel at home with a collection of great songs blended with great musicianship and humor.
It feels a great deal like a family gathering when these shows come around. The house is filled with faithful followers of the bluegrass-based acoustic group.
As with any group that has been around so many years, there have been many changes along the way. Milo Deering, one of the most respected musician in the Dallas area, appeared as a special guest last Winter and afterward asked to be included as a member of Hickory Hill.
The group begins 2013 with MCTT's John Early, Bob Stegall, Wes Perry, Michael Morrison and Milo Deering. Join us this Saturday for a really great night of music.
